Eligible woodwork is covered against manufacturing and material-related defects, subject to the applicable warranty terms and conditions.
Defects arising during the manufacturing process.
Eligible defects attributable to supplied materials.
Delamination where applicable to the specified material.
Structural defects attributable to supplied material.
Failure attributable to manufacturing or workmanship.
Defects arising from improper fabrication or installation by CustomNest.
The 10-year wood warranty applies to eligible defects and does not automatically cover damage caused by use, environment, third parties, or unauthorized modifications.
Hardware is separate from the 10-year wood warranty and is covered according to the manufacturer's applicable warranty, where provided.
Kitchen appliances and branded electrical products carry the manufacturer's applicable warranty.
The warranty period begins from the date of project handover, subject to applicable payment and warranty eligibility conditions stated in the project agreement.

Provide project details, issue description, photographs/videos and relevant invoice or order information.
CustomNest may conduct a remote or physical inspection to determine the cause and warranty eligibility.
Approved claims may be resolved through repair, replacement of a component, or another appropriate remedy.
CustomNest will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement matching the original in function, specification and appearance. Minor variations in colour, texture, grain, finish or material may occur.
Warranty coverage may become void for an affected component where it has been modified, repaired, dismantled, relocated or reinstalled by a third party without prior written authorization.
Warranty addresses manufacturing, material and workmanship defects. Routine adjustment, alignment, wear-related service and maintenance are separate from warranty coverage.

We believe a warranty should not simply be a number on a brochure — it should clearly explain what is covered, what is not, and how customers can receive support when an eligible issue arises.
